Daily Deliveries
Dispatch Board
Drag a stop onto a driver to assign it. Drag within a column to set the route order — that's the order drivers see on their phones.
Billing run
Every delivered stop for the day with the customer's price plus the fuel surcharge. Untick a stop to leave it for later; type a price to bill a stop by hand. Approve freezes the prices and gives the sheet a batch number — then print it and key the invoices into Sage. Type a note beside a stop, and tick Emailed and Paid as you go — those stay editable after approval.

Coverage Map
Customer fill-point pins. Switch to Satellite to verify a spot; click a pin for the profile or driving directions. Set a customer's pin from their Profile → Property & Access.

Holidays
Days deliveries skip. Adding a holiday also moves already-scheduled loads off that date (manual bookings and completed loads are never touched).
User Accounts
People who can sign in to the office app (e.g. a dispatcher). Everyone has full access.
Data Export
Download all customer data and preferences as a CSV file.
Chlorine Log (Northern Health)
Every delivered stop in the date range with the driver's readings, laid out like the old paper ticket: date, customer, address, load time and chlorine at load (from Mark loaded), unload time and chlorine at unload (from Mark delivered), water delivered (m³), driver and fill station. A blank chlorine cell means that reading was never entered — fix it on the Daily view before sending it anywhere.
LucasFlow — Drivers & Daily Loads
Manage drivers and their permanent daily-load links. Drivers open their link each morning to see and check off their loads (with customer access notes), replacing the Notes app. Assign each day's loads to a driver from the Daily view.

Set the depots your trucks refill at. Drivers' routes automatically add a refill stop at the nearest site when the truck runs low (Single = 1 load, Tandem = 2).

Bring in the master customer spreadsheet (Excel). Reads in your browser, adds new people as Call-in customers, fills blanks on anyone already here, and never creates duplicates on a re-import. Price is never imported.

Give the dispatcher and owners their own mobile Dispatch app — the exact same setup as the driver links. Each person gets a permanent link/QR to add to their phone, then they can move loads between trucks from the field. It mirrors the desktop dispatch board live; the desktop board is unchanged.
📱 Manage Dispatch Links"Watered recently" warning
The dispatch board, the dispatch phone and the printed run sheet flag a stop with ⚠ Watered when that customer already received a delivery within this many days before. It's a warning only — nothing is blocked. Change the number and it applies on the next refresh.
Road distance
The app measures the one-way driving distance from each customer's usual fill station to their confirmed map pin (a pin someone dragged to the fill point and saved). The km shows on the customer, the Customers list, the Daily view, the Billing tab and both printed sheets — never on the drivers' phones. A km typed on the customer always wins. Moved a fill site's pin? Use Re-measure all.

Reset Overdue Backlog
Cancels every still-scheduled delivery dated before today, so the "Overdue" count resets to zero. Handy when starting fresh. Future deliveries are untouched, and you can run this any time.
Price Adjustment
Raise (or lower) every customer's price by a percentage — for example a yearly inflation increase. Applies to every customer that has a price set; customers without a price are left alone. New prices are rounded to the nearest dollar. Every adjustment is recorded below.
Fuel Surcharge
The diesel price is entered on the Dashboard (⛽ Fuel surcharge card), usually Tuesday and Friday after talking to the fuel supplier. The surcharge comes from the chart: 170–174¢ = 2%, 175–180¢ = 3%, then +1% per band up to 236–240¢ = 15%. Below 170¢ there is no surcharge; above 240¢ it holds at 15%. Drivers' ticket prices are the base price plus this %, rounded up to the dollar. Base prices are never changed. Every entry is recorded below.
Billing history
Every approved billing run (the Billing tab). Print reprints that sheet exactly as it was approved, with the prices frozen at the time. A reopened batch is struck through — its stops went back to "not billed".
